Yes, a complete rebuild is not always needed. Before quoting, we offer an initial review of the existing code at no charge to understand the improvements you want and how they relate to other features. We then recommend what can be retained and what needs changing. Start by sharing the areas you want to improve and details of the existing system so code access can be arranged.

Before development starts, we agree the requirements, development cost and project agreement with you. Features can be adjusted while the scope and quote are being finalised. Once development is underway, we aim to accommodate changes within the existing fee where they do not significantly increase effort or technical difficulty. For larger changes, we explain any additional cost and schedule impact and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Yes. As development progresses, we provide working versions or demonstrations so you can review the actual flow. Feedback is reviewed to distinguish defects from new ideas before the next work is scheduled.

After launch, hosting, domain renewals and AI-related model, API and computing charges are paid separately. These are ongoing operating costs rather than part of the one-time development fee. Actual costs depend on the services selected and usage, particularly the frequency and volume of AI processing. Required services and payment arrangements are identified in the proposal.

During office hours, we usually respond immediately. If an immediate response is not possible, we reply within 24 hours. Please share screenshots, the time of the issue, steps to reproduce it and the affected functions so we can understand the problem quickly. Once the situation is clear, we provide immediate remote support to investigate and address it, keeping you updated. Resolution time depends on the cause and extent of the issue.
